11:22 AM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Highlander Silver ( HLSCF ) said it has increased the size of its previously announced bought deal financing to C$86.3 million from $75 million, sending its shares down 3.5%.
The company will issue 23 million common shares at $3.75 each and said underwriters will have the option to buy up to an additional 2.3 million shares at the issue price.
The offering is expected to close on or about Sept. 29, with proceeds earmarked for exploration, development, project studies, and permitting at the San Luis gold-silver project in Peru.
Proceeds will also be used for property investigation and acquisition activities and for working capital and general corporate needs.
Shares of the company were last seen down $0.145 at $3.805 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
