HighPeak Energy Q2 Earnings, Revenue Decline

04:24 PM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HighPeak Energy ( HPK ) reported Q2 earnings late Monday of $0.19 per diluted share, down from $0.21 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.14.

Operating revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $200.4 million, down from $275.3 million a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $222.2 million.

The company's board maintained the quarterly dividend at $0.04 a share, payable Sept. 25 to stockholders of record on Sept. 2.

Shares of HighPeak Energy ( HPK ) were down more than 3% in after-hours activity.
