Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.89.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $211.3 million, down from $212.8 million a year earlier. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $206.8 million.

The company said it now expects full year 2024 FFO of $3.46 to $3.61 per share. It previously expected $3.46 to $3.64.

Analysts in a Capital IQ poll expect $3.57.
