03:15 PM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- HII (HII) said Wednesday its Mission Technologies division will lead one of four new microelectronics projects under the CHIPS and Science Act, which aims to strengthen US semiconductor manufacturing.

The projects are awarded in partnership with the Silicon Crossroads Microelectronics Commons Hub, the company said.

It said Mission Technologies will lead a team in developing the first broadband Digital Direct Waveform Synthesizer solution.
