05:31 PM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hillenbrand ( HI ) said late Tuesday it closed the divestment of a minority stake in TerraSource Holdings to Astec Industries (ASTE) in a transaction valued at $245 million.

The company received almost $115 million from the sale, which it plans to use for debt repayments, according to a statement.

Shares were up 2.3% during after-hours trading.
