08:39 AM EDT, 04/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hilton (HLT) said Wednesday that it has acquired a majority controlling stake in Sydell Group to expand the NoMad Hotels brand and enhance Hilton's luxury portfolio.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Hilton said it will integrate the NoMad brand into its commercial platforms while maintaining independent ownership for all NoMad properties.

NoMad Las Vegas is not included in the deal and will rebrand to a new flag in the coming months, Hilton said.
