Hilton Grand Vacations Lowers Pricing of $1.3 Billion Term Loan B

05:54 AM EDT, 04/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hilton Grand Vacations ( HGV ) said late Monday it has re-priced a $1.3 billion term loan B maturing Aug. 2, 2028.

The company said the new pricing will be Secured Overnight Financing Rate plus 250 basis points, down from SOFR plus 275 basis points.

Additionally, the company said the credit spread adjustment on the loan has been removed.
