Hilton Prices $1 Billion Debt Offering

05:39 PM EDT, 09/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hilton Worldwide Holdings ( HLT ) said late Thursday that its indirect subsidiary Hilton Domestic Operating priced a $1 billion offering of 5.875% senior notes due 2033.

The company expects the offering to close Monday and plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Price: 216.50, Change: +0.50, Percent Change: +0.23
