07:58 AM EDT, 03/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hilton Worldwide ( HLT ) said Thursday it has entered into an exclusive agreement with Yotel to expand its network in the lifestyle segment.

Under the partnership, Yotel will become the first independent member of Select by Hilton, gaining access to the Hilton Honors loyalty program as well as Hilton's distribution and technology platforms.

Yotel will continue to independently manage and license its brand across 23 hotels in 10 countries, Hilton said.

Yotel's first hotels are expected to be available for booking through Hilton channels later this year.
