Hilton Worldwide Launching $1 Billion Note Offering

09:23 AM EDT, 03/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hilton Worldwide ( HLT ) said Friday its Hilton Domestic Operating Co. indirect subsidiary plans to offer $1 billion of senior notes due 2029 and 2032.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repaying $200 million under a revolving credit facility, as well as investments and acquisitions, the company said.
