Hims & Hers Health to Acquire ZAVA

07:48 AM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hims & Hers Health ( HIMS ) said Tuesday it plans to acquire ZAVA, a European digital health platform, to accelerate its international expansion.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

The company said the acquisition would mark its official entry into the UK, Germany, France and Ireland, with more markets expected to follow.

Leveraging ZAVA's infrastructure, Hims & Hers said it will launch its own branded services in these countries, offering personalized care in dermatology, weight loss, sexual health and mental health.

The acquisition, which is expected to be accretive by 2026, will be fully funded from the company's cash balance and is anticipated to close in H2 2025, it added.

Shares of the company were up more than 5% in Tuesday's premarket activity.
