Hitek Global Files for Secondary Sale of 14.9 Million Class A Ordinary Shares

05:56 PM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hitek Global ( HKIT ) filed a prospectus Thursday for the resale by selling shareholders of up to 14.9 million class A ordinary shares.

It also includes the resale of the same number of shares issuable upon exercise of certain outstanding warrants.

The company said in the regulatory filing it won't sell shares or warrants under the prospectus and won't receive any proceeds from the proposed sale.
