08:55 AM EDT, 03/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Holley (HLLY) said Friday it has acquired HRX, an Italian motorsports racewear brand in the karting and competitive racing categories.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

HRX has a presence in European racing circuits and international markets with a focus on technical apparel, customization, and relationships with the motorsports community, Holley said.

Shares of the company were up more than 2% in recent premarket activity.
