Holley Reveals Launch of Secondary Offering of 14 Million Shares

05:27 PM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Holley (HLLY) revealed late Tuesday the launch of a secondary offering of 14 million shares by a selling shareholder handled by Sentinel Capital Partners.

Underwriters are expected to be given a 30-day option to buy up to 2.1 million additional shares of its common stock.

The company will not receive any proceeds from the offering, it added.

Shares were down over 3% in after-market hours activity.
