10:36 AM EDT, 07/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hologic ( HOLX ) said Thursday it has completed its acquisition of Endomagnetics, a UK-based breast cancer surgery tech developer, for about $310 million.

The acquisition will add Endomagnetics' wireless breast surgery localization and lymphatic tracing offerings to Hologic's ( HOLX ) breast surgery portfolio.

Shares of Hologic ( HOLX ) were up 0.6% in recent Thursday trading.
