Hologic Fiscal Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings Unchanged, Revenue Declines

05:04 PM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hologic ( HOLX ) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $1.03 per diluted share, flat from a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet, on average, expected $1.02.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 29 was $1.01 billion compared with $1.02 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $1 billion.

For Q3, the company is looking for non-GAAP EPS of $1.04 to $1.07 on revenue of $1 billion to $1.01 billion. Analysts are expecting $1.09 and $1.03 billion, respectively.

For 2025, Hologic ( HOLX ) is now projecting non-GAAP EPS of $4.15 to $4.25 on revenue between $4.05 billion to $4.10 billion. Analysts are expecting non-GAAP EPS of $4.26 on revenue of $4.08 billion.

Shares of Hologic ( HOLX ) were down 3% in after-hours activity.
