04:26 PM EDT, 07/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hologic ( HOLX ) on Monday reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $1.06, up from $0.93 a year ago.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.01.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 29 was $1.01 billion, up from $984.4 million last year.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1 billion.

For fiscal Q4, Hologic ( HOLX ) expects a non-GAAP EPS of $0.97 to $1.04 on revenue of $970 million to $985 million. The consensus was for an EPS of $1.04 on revenue of $1 billion.

For 2024, the company now expects non-GAAP EPS of $4.04 to $4.11, compared with $4.02 to $4.12 previously. It also expects revenue of $4.01 billion to $4.03 billion, against $4 billion to $4.05 billion previously.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected an EPS of $4.07 on revenue of $4.03 billion.
