05:38 PM EST, 01/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Home BancShares ( HOMB ) said late Tuesday its board increased the company's common stock repurchase program by almost 6.8 million shares to 20 million shares.

The board also kept its quarterly dividend at $0.195 per share, payable March 5 to shareholders of record Feb. 12.
