08:22 AM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Home Depot ( HD ) said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire Mingledorff's, a wholesale distributer of HVAC equipment and parts.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The company said it expects the acquisition, which will be funded with cash on hand and debt, to be completed in Q2.
