11:13 AM EDT, 10/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- HomesToLife (HTLM) shares rose more than 9% in recent Tuesday trading after the company made its debut on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

The stock was trading at $4.39 in recent trading, above the IPO price of $4.

The company said late Monday it priced its initial public offering of 1.25 million shares at $4 apiece for gross proceeds of about $5 million.

The offering is set to close on Wednesday.

Price: 4.39, Change: +0.39, Percent Change: +9.75
