07:55 AM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Honda Motor ( HMC ) said Thursday that it will launch new versions of its Freed minivan in Japan on Friday, equipped with a two-motor hybrid system.

The new models are more spacious and can accommodate six people.

The company said it aims to sell 6,500 units per month of its newly launched Freed e: HEV AIR EX and Freed e: HEV CROSSTAR hybrids.
