07:11 AM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Honda Motor ( HMC ) said Wednesday that it has priced its shares at 1,664.5 Japanese yen ($10.63) each in a secondary stock offering.

About 298.9 million Honda ( HMC ) shares will be sold in the offering for a total of 497.46 billion yen ($3.18 billion), which includes overallotment.
