01:30 PM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Honda Motor ( HMC ) said Thursday that its global production fell to 277,635 units in July from 298,649 a year earlier.

Output in Japan rose to 67,804 units in July from 61,679 a year earlier, while production outside Japan dropped to 209,831 units from 236,970.

Sales in Japan slid to 52,438 units in July from 59,782 a year earlier, while exports from Japan rose to 9,358 units from 4,892, the company said.
