Honda Motor Says 2 Mitsubishi UFJ Units Among Selling Shareholders in Secondary Share Offering

09:00 AM EDT, 07/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Honda Motor ( HMC ) listed two units of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group ( MUFG ) among the 10 selling shareholders in a secondary offering of its common stock, according to a regulatory filing Thursday.

The selling shareholders include Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking and MUFG Bank units as well as Mizuho Financial Group's ( MFG ) Mizuho Bank unit.

The selling shareholders will offer a total of about 259.9 million Honda ( HMC ) common shares, while up to roughly 39.0 million shares will be offered by way of over-allotment, according to the filing.
