03:57 PM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Honda Motor ( HMC ) said Thursday it produced 295,025 vehicles globally in July, up from 281,106 units a year earlier.

The output in Japan rose to 61,679 units in July from 58,972 units a year earlier, while overseas production increased to 233,346 units from 222,134, the automaker said.

Sales in Japan increased to 59,782 units in July from 47,644 last year, while exports from Japan dropped to 4,892 vehicles from 5,927 units, the company said.
