01:04 PM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Honda ( HMC ) on Tuesday reported a record light truck sales for March and Q1, with gains of 26.9% and 15.8%, respectively, compared with a year earlier.

Car sales for March and Q1 dropped 10.7% and 13.7%, respectively.

Honda ( HMC ) said it increased its total March sales by 13.9% and Q1 total sales by 5.7%.

For its US subsidiary American Honda, March sales were up 13.2%, while Q1 sales rose 5.3%, the company said.
