Honest Co. CFO to Retire; 2024 Revenue Outlook Maintained -- Shares Rise After Hours

05:11 PM EST, 01/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Honest Co. (HNST) said late Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Dave Loretta will retire this year.

The personal care company said it has started looking for a successor.

Honest Co. said it continues to expect 2024 revenue to grow by a high-single-digit percentage year-over-year.

The company's shares were up 1.3% in after-hours activity.
