08:29 AM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Honeywell International ( HON ) said Thursday it has acquired three utility platforms from SparkMeter to expand its smart energy portfolio.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

SparkMeter is a provider of grid management solutions for utilities, Honeywell ( HON ) said.

It added that this is a tuck-in acquisition and includes intellectual property as well as certain related assets from SparkMeter.
