05:52 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Honeywell Aerospace ( HONA ) completed an exchange offer for certain outstanding unregistered notes, with holders tendering substantially all of the eligible notes, the company said late Wednesday.

The offer covered senior notes with maturities ranging from 2028 through 2066, with participation rates ranging from 98% to nearly 100% across the various series, the company said.

The exchange offer settled Aug. 12, and Honeywell Aerospace ( HONA ) received no proceeds from the transaction, it added.
