Honeywell Gets $1.5 Billion Revolving Credit Commitments

05:21 PM EDT, 03/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Honeywell International ( HON ) said late Tuesday it has entered into a 364-day credit agreement that provides for revolving credit commitments of $1.5 billion and is maintained for general corporate purposes.

The company also said that it entered into an amended five year credit agreement that provides for revolving credit commitments of $4.0 billion and is kept for general corporate purposes. It added that the agreement has substantially the same material terms and conditions as the prior deal with an extension of maturity.
