Honeywell Intends to Separate Automation, Aerospace Technologies Businesses

06:22 AM EST, 02/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Honeywell International ( HON ) said Thursday it intends to separate its Automation and Aerospace Technologies businesses.

The planned separation, launched by Chief Executive Vimal Kapur a year earlier, is expected to be completed by H2 next year, the company added.

Honeywell ( HON ) said it will create Honeywell Automation, Honeywell Aerospace, and Advanced Materials businesses after the separation.

The planned separation would result in three publicly listed companies, Honeywell ( HON ) said.
