Honeywell International Appoints CEO, Board Chair for Aerospace Spinoff

07:48 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Honeywell International ( HON ) said Monday that Jim Currier will serve as president and chief executive officer of its Honeywell Aerospace spinoff, while Craig Arnold was appointed as non-executive board chairman.

Currier has served as the president and CEO of Honeywell's ( HON ) aerospace technologies business since 2023, according to the statement.

Arnold was appointed as a board director on an interim basis, effective immediately, and will assume Honeywell Aerospace's chairman role upon completion of the spinoff, Honeywell ( HON ) said.

The planned spinoff is on track to be completed in H2 2026, and Honeywell Aerospace is expected to become a separate publicly traded company, Honeywell ( HON ) added.
