05:05 PM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Honeywell International ( HON ) said late Thursday that its unit, Solstice Advanced Materials, has submitted a Form 10 registration to the US Securities and Exchange Commission as part of its planned spin-off of its advanced materials business.

The spin-off aims to establish a standalone company dedicated to advanced material technologies while enabling Honeywell ( HON ) to concentrate on its core strategy, said the company.

The unit will be named Solstice Advanced Materials and function as an independent, publicly listed company, the filing added.
