07:45 AM EDT, 03/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Honeywell International ( HON ) said Tuesday its advanced materials business will be named Solstice Advanced Materials after its spinoff, which will be completed by late 2025 or early 2026.

David Sewell has been named president and chief executive officer of Solstice, effective immediately, while Rajeev Gautam will be non-executive chairman of its board of directors. Tina Pierce has been tapped to become chief financial officer, effective May 1.

The company also said Solstice Advanced Materials will be headquartered in Morris Plains, New Jersey.
