Honeywell International Prices Debt Tender Offers

03:04 PM EDT, 03/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Honeywell International ( HON ) said Friday it priced its debt tender offers to purchase dollar-denominated senior notes of up to $4.67 billion and euro-denominated senior notes of up to 2.49 billion euros ($2.88 billion).

The total consideration includes an early participation amount of $50 per $1,000 principal amount of the dollar securities or 50 euros per 1,000 euros principal of the euro securities, according to a statement.
