10:43 AM EDT, 09/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Honeywell International ( HON ) said Monday it is working to create a multi-modal intelligent agent for its mobile devices, powered by Qualcomm ( QCOM ) .

The agent is expected to enable workers and customers in distribution centers and retail sectors to interact with handheld devices via voice, images, and barcodes, serving as an AI-powered digital resource that will enhance access to information and improve time savings, accuracy, and interactivity, the company said.

The multi-modal Intelligent agent is expected to be available in early 2025, Honeywell ( HON ) said.
