09:03 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Honeywell International ( HON ) said Tuesday it introduced a new technology that converts agricultural and forestry waste into renewable fuels for sectors such as shipping and aviation.
The company said the technology, called Biocrude Upgrading process technology, uses biomass like wood chips and crop residues to produce renewable marine fuel, gasoline, and sustainable aviation fuel.
Honeywell ( HON ) said the process can be deployed as a prefabricated modular facility to lower construction costs and shorten project timelines.
