04:47 PM EDT, 06/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Honeywell International ( HON ) board set a record date of June 15 for the spin-off of Honeywell Aerospace, with the distribution of shares expected to occur on June 29, the company said late Friday.

Honeywell ( HON ) shareholders of record on the record date will receive one share of Honeywell Aerospace common stock for every two Honeywell ( HON ) shares held, the company said.

Honeywell Aerospace will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker "HONA" on June 29, while Honeywell ( HON ) will continue trading under "HON."
