Honeywell's Safety Products USA Unit Recalling Eyewash Cartridges Over Manufacturing Issue

10:41 AM EDT, 04/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Honeywell International's ( HON ) Safety Products USA unit is voluntarily recalling Fendall 2000 non-sterile eyewash cartridges because the company's supplier has been found to be non-compliant with current good manufacturing practice requirements, the Food and Drug Administration said.

The company has not received any adverse event reports related to the recall, which only affects Fendall 2000 refill cartridges, no no other eyewash products, the FDA said.

The company has advised distributors and customers to destroy or dispose of affected units and cease selling, shipping, or using them immediately, according to the statement.
