Horizon Bancorp Closes $103.5 Million Stock Offering

04:16 PM EDT, 08/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Horizon Bancorp ( HBNC ) said late Friday that it has closed an underwritten public offering of about 7.1 million common shares at $14.50 apiece for gross proceeds of $103.5 million.

The offering included 931,050 shares sold pursuant to the underwriters' option to buy additional shares, the company noted.

The company intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including in support of the potential repositioning of its balance sheet, it added.
