Horizon Bancorp Prices Roughly $90 Million Stock Offering

07:21 AM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Horizon Bancorp ( HBNC ) said Thursday it has priced an underwritten public offering of about 6.2 million common shares at $14.50 apiece for roughly $90 million.

The company said it granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 931,050 additional shares at the offering price.

Horizon Bancorp ( HBNC ) expects to close the offering around Friday, it said, adding that proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
