08:04 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DMY Squared Technology Group ( DMYY ) and Horizon Quantum Computing said Tuesday they have struck a merger deal valuing Horizon Quantum at about $503 million.

After the deal, the combined company will operate as Horizon Quantum Holdings and trade on Nasdaq under the 'HQ' ticker, the firms said.

The merger is backed by the boards of both companies and is expected to close in Q1 2026.

DMY's stock rose more than 8% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
