08:08 AM EDT, 04/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Horizon Quantum's ( HQ ) Horizon Quantum Computing subsidiary and Alpine Quantum Technologies said Wednesday they are collaborating to advance the development of real-world quantum computing applications.

Horizon's Triple Alpha software infrastructure will be integrated into Alpine Quantum's trapped-ion quantum computing systems, the companies said.

Using Triple Alpha, developers can write, compile, and deploy quantum programs directly onto Alpine's processors, accessing the hardware via the cloud, according to a statement.

Horizon's shares were up 8% during Wednesday premarket activity.
