Horizon Technology Finance Names Paul Seitz as Chief Investment Officer

05:32 PM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Horizon Technology Finance ( HRZN ) appointed Paul Seitz as chief investment officer.

Daniel Devorsetz stepped down as CIO and chief operating officer and will remain as a special adviser through September, Horizon said Monday.

Seitz most recently served as managing director and head of software underwriting at Monroe Capital, Horizon said.
