Horizon Technology Finance's Subsidiary Closes $100 Million Credit Facility

05:05 PM EDT, 06/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Horizon Technology Finance ( HRZN ) said late Monday that its wholly owned subsidiary, Horizon Funding II, closed a $100 million senior secured credit facility.

As a result, Horizon Funding may issue up to $100 million of secured notes, the company said.

Horizon said the borrowing limit of the credit facility could be raised to $200 million.
