Hormel Foods Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings Flat, Revenue Declines; Fiscal 2025 Guidance Set; Shares Decline Pre-Bell

06:32 AM EST, 12/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hormel Foods ( HRL ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.42 per diluted share, the same as a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.42.

Net sales for the fiscal quarter ended Oct. 27 was $3.14 billion, down from $3.20 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.14 billion.

The meat producer said it expects fiscal 2025 adjusted diluted EPS of $1.58 to $1.72 on net sales of $11.9 billion to $12.2 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect adjusted EPS of $1.68 on sales of $12.18 billion.

Shares of the company were down almost 3% in recent Wednesday premarket trading.
