05:59 PM EDT, 08/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Host Hotels & Resorts ( HST ) said Wednesday that its general partner Host Hotels & Resorts L.P., or Host L.P., has priced its $700 million offering of 5.500% senior notes due 2035.

The offering is anticipated to close on Monday, it said.

The expected net proceeds of about $683 million will be used to repay all $525 million of Host L.P.'s borrowings and for general corporate purposes, the company said.
