05:16 PM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Host Hotels & Resorts ( HST ) recommended that holders of its operating partnership units reject a mini-tender offer made by affiliates of MacKenzie Capital Management.

The unsolicited offer for up to 100,000 of OP units is priced at approximately $10.55 each, compared with a value of about $17.74 linked to Host Hotels shares, the company said Thursday in a statement.
