05:11 PM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. ( HST ) said late Wednesday that Host Hotels & Resorts, L.P. has priced its $400 million offering of 4.250% senior notes due 2028.

The company acts as sole general partner for Host Hotels & Resorts, L.P.

Net proceeds will be used to help redeem its $400 million of series F senior notes due 2026, the company said. It expects to close the offering Nov. 26.
