08:18 AM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hotel101 Global ( HBNB ) said Wednesday that its Singapore-based unit has signed agreements with Canopy Sands Development to build two hotels in Cambodia.

One of the hotels, which will be in the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh, will have about 700 rooms, while the other hotel, which will be built in Sihanoukville, is expected to have 680 rooms, the company said.

Hotel101 Global ( HBNB ) said it expects the two hotels to generate roughly $109.6 Million in sales revenue once fully sold.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Shares of Hotel101 Global ( HBNB ) were up more than 5% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
